Md.Mostafizur Rahman
Engineer, Educator, Founder of AI Workflow, Digital Marketing Consultant
Hello, I am Md. Mostafizur Rahman, the founder and primary author of AI Workflow. I am an engineering graduate, educator, digital marketing professional and lifelong technology learner based in Bangladesh.
I created AIWorkflow to help bloggers, freelancers, marketers, students, educators and small business owners use artificial intelligence more effectively. My goal is to make AI tools, digital marketing strategies and workflow automation easier to understand, especially for beginners who may feel overwhelmed by rapidly changing technology.
Through this website, I share practical tutorials, detailed tool comparisons, productivity workflows and experience-based recommendations. Rather than discussing artificial intelligence only from a theoretical perspective, I focus on how people can use it to solve real problems, save time and improve the quality of their work.
My Digital Marketing Experience
I began developing my professional digital marketing skills in 2022 after deciding to expand my career beyond engineering education and technical training.
Since then, I have gained more than three years of practical experience in areas such as:
• Search engine optimization
• Content strategy and content writing
• Social media marketing
• Facebook advertising and campaign optimization
• Email marketing
• Pinterest marketing
• YouTube SEO and marketing
• WordPress content management
• Keyword research
• AI-assisted content creation
• Digital workflow development
I have worked on digital campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate inquiries and support student admission activities. This work has included audience targeting, campaign planning, content development, Facebook boosting, performance monitoring and results analysis.
My experience has taught me that successful digital marketing is not simply about using more tools. It requires understanding the audience, selecting the right channel, measuring performance and continuously improving the strategy.
My SEO Experience
Search engine optimization is one of my primary areas of professional interest and practical experience.
I have worked with technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research and content improvement. My SEO work has included:
• Conducting website SEO audits
• Researching informational and commercial keywords
• Optimizing page titles and meta descriptions
• Reviewing heading structures
• Identifying missing or duplicate H1 headings
• Optimizing image filenames and alternative text
• Finding broken links
• Improving internal linking
• Reviewing XML sitemaps
• Checking robots.txt files
• Monitoring indexing through Google Search Console
• Improving WordPress website structure
• Planning SEO-focused content clusters
I have also performed keyword research for different markets and commercial niches, including projects targeting audiences in the United States.
When writing for AIWorkflow, I combine keyword research with search-intent analysis. However, I do not believe articles should be written only for search engines. Every article must first answer the reader’s question clearly, accurately and practically.
Teaching and Training Experience
Before expanding into digital marketing, I built a long career in technical education.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) and have more than 11 years of experience in teaching, training and academic leadership within polytechnic education.
Throughout my career, I have worked in positions including:
• Instructor
• Head of Department
• Chief Instructor
I currently served as a Chief Instructor at UCEP Institute of Science and Technology, where I am involved in academic management, technical education, student development and institutional activities.
I have also worked as a trainer in professional digital marketing for freelancing. This experience has allowed me to support learners who want to develop practical digital skills and explore online career opportunities.
My teaching background strongly influences how I write. I try to explain technical subjects step by step, avoid unnecessary complexity and provide examples that beginners can apply independently.
Certifications and Professional Development
My professional education and training include:
HubSpot Academy
I completed the Digital Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy, covering essential areas of online marketing, content strategy, SEO, social media and digital campaign development.
Creative IT Institute
I completed a six-month Professional Digital Marketing course from Creative IT Institute. The program strengthened my knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, advertising and online business development.
Nanyang Polytechnic International, Singapore
I participated in a Specialist Teachers Training Programme at Nanyang Polytechnic International in Singapore. This international training experience strengthened my teaching, technical education and professional-development skills.
Bangladesh Industrial Technical Assistance Centre
I completed professional training in Programmable Logic Controllers, commonly known as PLC, at BITAC in Dhaka.
BIAM Foundation
I completed training in Public Procurement Management through BIAM Foundation in Dhaka.
I continue to learn through professional courses, industry publications, software documentation, practical experiments and direct use of AI and marketing platforms.

Editorial Policy
The purpose of AIWorkflow is to publish useful, understandable and responsible information about artificial intelligence, digital marketing, SEO and productivity.
Every article is created according to the following editorial principles:
Reader Value Comes First
Articles must answer a clear question or solve a specific problem. Content is not published simply to target a keyword or increase the number of pages on the website.
Accuracy Matters
Important claims, product features, prices and statistics are checked against reliable sources whenever possible. Because AI tools change frequently, some information may become outdated after publication. Articles are therefore reviewed and updated when meaningful changes occur.
Experience Must Be Clearly Presented
When I have personally used or tested a tool, I explain the experience and testing process. When information comes from official documentation or third-party research, I aim to identify the source clearly.
Human Review Is Required
AI may be used to support research, brainstorming, outlining or editing. However, articles are reviewed, organized and refined before publication. AI-generated information is not accepted automatically as fact.
Originality Is Essential
AIWorkflow does not intentionally copy articles, product descriptions or opinions from other publishers. The goal is to provide original explanations, practical insights and useful comparisons.
Corrections Are Welcome
Despite careful research, mistakes can occur. When a factual error is identified, I review it and make an appropriate correction.
Tool Testing and Review Policy
Tool reviews and comparisons are designed to help readers make informed decisions.
Depending on the article, the testing process may include:
- Reviewing the tool’s core features and intended audience
- Testing the user interface and setup process
- Running practical tasks or prompts
- Comparing free and paid plan limitations
- Evaluating output quality
- Checking pricing through the official website
- Reviewing privacy, usability and integration options
- Identifying strengths and limitations
- Comparing the tool with relevant alternatives
- Recommending it for specific types of users
Whenever possible, I use the same or similar tasks when comparing multiple tools. This creates a fairer comparison and helps readers understand how each platform performs under comparable conditions.
The date of testing or review may be included because AI products, pricing structures and features can change quickly.
Disclosure Policy
Transparency is important to me and to the credibility of AIWorkflow.
Some articles may contain affiliate links. This means AIWorkflow may receive a commission when a reader purchases a product through one of those links. The reader does not normally pay an additional cost because of the commission.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee positive reviews or recommendations. I aim to recommend tools based on usefulness, value, limitations and suitability for the intended audience.
When an article contains affiliate links, sponsorships, gifted access or another commercial relationship, an appropriate disclosure will be provided.
Sponsored content will not be presented as an independent review. Any paid partnership will be identified clearly.
The opinions published on AIWorkflow are my own unless another contributor or source is specifically identified.
Information on this website is provided for educational and informational purposes. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

My Commitment to AI Workflow Readers
Artificial intelligence is developing quickly, and no single tool is suitable for every user or every task. My commitment is to explain these technologies honestly, test them practically and present the findings in a way that beginners can understand.
Through AIWorkflow, I will continue publishing practical guides, original comparisons, helpful templates and responsible recommendations. My goal is to help readers use AI as a productive assistant while continuing to apply human judgment, creativity and professional experience.
